Lauri Elliott has close to 30 years of experience in strategy, innovation, organizational development, change management, human performance technology, business process reengineering, instructional design, and technology. In addition, Lauri has over 20 years of in-depth business and strategy experience in developing markets, particularly Africa.
Lauri currently provides strategy development, concept development and piloting, organizational/transaction structuring, partnership development/management, strategic project development, and socioeconomic development interventions for first nations, countries, and companies.
She has several inventions and patents pending for natural capital asset management and leverage. She holds a Master of Arts in Education from Regent University.
Ryan Blumenow is a data science, economic analysis, and econometrics expert with a flair for system design and complex modelling. He has led advanced analytics, data systems, strategy, research, corporate governance, knowledge management, and consulting functions internationally.
With over 15 years in the consulting industry, he has used his analytical and data science expertise to solve some of the largest infrastructure, development, and policy issues with the use of deep research, modelling, and insight generation. Ryan’s ultimate professional passion, and the drive of his career, is data and analytics, and the systems that enable better, more efficient and intuitive decisions, and he has been building visual and analytical systems and models for over 15 years. He is highly networked at C-suite level and routinely work at both the operational and strategic levels.
Ryan also has an extensive history in system and data architecture, and collecting, collating, manipulating, and extracting meaningful operational insights from data. He focuses on technical analysis and modelling, using cutting edge analytical skills that have been used to solve some of the largest data architecture, infrastructure development, policy, and strategy issues in both private and public sector, as well as to teach the next generation of leaders.
Ryan holds a Bachelors and Masters of Commerce degrees focused on Economics, Finance, Information Systems, and Econometrics. He is currently working on a PHD in Economics and Gamification.
Arthur Chaora has a career with over 20 years of experience working in the financial services sector. He began his career in investment banking with First Merchant Bank, now known as BancABC a part of Atlas Mara, as a Financial Trader. He proceeded to become a Trader in International Money Markets with the Standard Bank Group.
Arthur joined the Tetrad Group, a firm of a suite of investment management entities, where he rose to the position of Executive Director responsible for Wholesale Markets. He was engaged as a Treasury Consultant with CABS, a member of the Old Mutual Group. Subsequently he has been involved as the lead promoter of Allumez Capital, a venture capital company focusing on providing financial solutions for small and medium sized enterprises.
He holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
Sebastine Amadi has a career that has spanned two decades. He spent the first 11 years of his career in the financial services sector of the Nigerian economy working with Africa’s Global Bank, United Bank for Africa Plc. He grew through the ranks to become an Operations Manager, a Business Development Manager and lastly Regional Head, Rural Banking Operations in Mid-west Bank. He, thereafter, became a partner in Tiamiyu Adeshina and Co, an Audit firm.
Sebastine conceptualized and facilitated the deployment of automatic teller machine in rural communities in mid-west Nigeria. He championed financial inclusion in rural communities. He also facilitated the lunch of Afribiz Foundation in Nigeria. Sebastine has passion for service excellence and value creation.
He has a degree in Accounting and a post graduate study in Electronic Banking. He is an entrepreneur, venture development coach, stakeholder and ecosystem engagement expert and skilled in project management and business analysis.
David Eko has 14+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience, along with 2 years in the school system. David spent about 11 years at International Truck and Engine Company in body design primarily. He also spent some time in different roles at North American Bus Industries, GE Energy, Lexmark Corp, and Hill –Rom Inc. (Medical devices).
David has experience in 2D &3D design, DFMEA, BOMs, investigations, warranty, field reports and manuals. He led multi-disciplinary teams in specific situations, supported plant production and testing; He also created solar system designs and bids.
He has B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, and A.S in Energy Technology (Renewables), and an M.A in Christian Business. He also has a certificate in the fundamentals of GIS and a drone pilot license.
Throughout his educational path he has served as a tutor to other students. He has a BSc. in Electrical Engineering, and is currently finishing his Masters in Space Studies, from the University of Cape Town.
